1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use 96phl. By accessing 96phl.cam in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 96phl platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 96phl platform. This requirement is set in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. 96phl strictly enforces age verification and does not knowingly permit persons under 21 to hold active accounts.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The platform is primarily intended for use by residents of the Philippines. 2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services — whether through 96phl's own self-exclusion tools or through any recognised gambling exclusion programme — are not eligible to register or maintain an account for the duration of their exclusion period.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 96phl platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 96phl reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 96phl is required to verify the identity of account holders prior to processing withdrawals and at any other time deemed appropriate by the platform. You agree to provide identity documents as requested, which may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.

3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your 96phl account. Any winnings, bonuses, or balances generated through the use of an account by a person other than the registered account holder may be voided.

4 Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96phl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share these details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 96phl will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purportedly from 96phl requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 96phl support immediately.

4.3 You agree to notify 96phl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. Until such notification is received and acted upon by 96phl, all activity on your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — will be considered authorised by you.

4.4 96phl recommends that players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 96phl implements security measures at the platform level, you acknowledge that the security of your personal device and internet connection is your own responsibility.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 96phl wallet are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your legal name.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met before a withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the cashier section of your account.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

96phl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). 96phl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where legally required.

5.4 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on 96phl are conducted in Philippine pesos. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations arising from gaming winnings under Philippine law. 96phl does not provide tax advice and will not withhold taxes on winnings except where required to do so by law.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 96phl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games that do not qualify for a bonus's wagering requirement will not count towards clearing that requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 96phl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional offers through tactics such as: arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other technique that 96phl determines in its sole discretion to constitute bonus abuse.

6.4 96phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to availability and eligibility criteria as determined by 96phl.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 All games available on the 96phl platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, fishing games, and RNG table games — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. The rules of each game are determined by the supplier and are available within the game interface.

7.2 RNG Certification. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently certified by recognised testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) and house edge figures accurately reflect the mathematical parameters of each game as certified.

7.3 In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or technical faults — any bets affected by the malfunction are considered void. 96phl will refund the original bet amount. Winnings generated during a provable game malfunction are not payable.

7.4 The outcome of any completed game round is final once confirmed by the game server. 96phl will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction verified by the game supplier.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96phl platform. Violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (bonus fraud).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform without authorisation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other users' accounts, or 96phl's systems.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a software exploit are void.
• Using the platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 96phl staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Circumventing responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions set by 96phl.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 96phl platform — including but not limited to the 96phl brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 96phl or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express written consent of 96phl.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 96phl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access.

10.2 96phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 96phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 96phl makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. 96phl will take reasonable steps to minimise downtime but does not guarantee continuous availability.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 96phl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings and take effect promptly upon request.

11.2 Players who wish to permanently close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting 96phl support. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen exclusion period. 96phl will not accept a request to re-open a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 96phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, regulatory requirements, or any behaviour reasonably deemed harmful to the platform or other players.

12.2 Upon account termination for cause, 96phl may forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.

12.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting 96phl customer support. Pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing times will apply to any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure.

13 Privacy

13.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 96phl is governed by the 96phl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 96phl platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15.3 Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
